Building Trades Progress
We are now installing
Hardee Plank siding and, at this point, we are about half done. The
interior trim package and the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room
cabinets have been delivered. Now when it rains we will have plenty
to go in and do. We are also in the process of framing walls in the
basement on rain days.
All the flooring, aside from the carpet, has been installed. This
is something we needed before we could start the trim. The
kitchen/breakfast and entry areas are all hardwood. The master bath
is ceramic tile and the laundry room and hall bathroom are both
vinyl.
The brick on the front porch and the fireplace is complete. The
deck on the back of the house is almost complete. I believe we are
still on schedule to completely finish our project by the last week
of school.
